Section 01 / What we accept

What we accept

If you have noticed an error in the Oath Research Complaints working file, a citation that has gone stale, a public source we should have considered, or new public-record evidence that materially changes a disposition in the inventory, you may use the form below. We read every submission. We do not promise to publish corrections, but we do promise to consider them on the editorial merits.

Section 02 / What we don't handle

What we do not handle

We do not process customer complaints against Oath Research. We are not a regulatory authority, a consumer-protection agency, or a dispute-resolution service. If you have a commercial complaint against Oath Research or any other research-peptide vendor, the appropriate channels are: the vendor's own customer service (phone, email, or contact form on the vendor's website); state consumer-protection offices; the Federal Trade Commission's complaint portal; the Better Business Bureau; or other third-party review platforms where customer complaints can be filed publicly. We have no privileged access to vendor systems and cannot affect the resolution of any individual dispute.
